Track Record

The firm was founded in November 2013 by Geoffrey Wiener, an urban planner with thirty-five years of facilities planning and development experience. While at Columbia University he brought together institutional, public and private stakeholders to find solutions to diverse space use and real estate needs— from several hundred square feet of new offices to a new 6.8 million square-foot campus. In the process, Mr. Wiener built long-standing relationships representing Columbia as a property owner, developer, lessee and occupant. Prior to working for Columbia, Mr. Wiener was an urban planning, zoning and real estate consultant in New York and New Jersey.
